He has extensive experience in Revenue Administration and Application of Law. He has also trained a number of Revenue Officers. Before retiring as Joint Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban Development Department, he was in charge of Urban Poverty Reduction Programs including externally aided schemes. He was also working as Member Secretary, State Urban Development Agency (SUDA) to overlook implementation of State & Centrally sponsored programs by different Urban Local Bodies of the State.
His exposure on development of small enterprise under income generation programs in Durban University England and shelter development through mutual cooperation in a Society / Basti in South Africa was very helpful in guiding implementation for Urban Development programs.

Helped establish SaraswatiSishuMandir, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar in 1983 and continued as President for many years, guiding the management committee to transform the school,as one of the best schools in Odisha - almost half of "Best Ten" positions in the annual HSC examination, coming from this school, year on year !
Worked as General Secretary, Vice President in SnehiSamaj, Bhubaneswar (Est. 1968), a social and philanthropic organization engaged in the up-liftment of poor and socially backward people. Continuing as "Advisor" at present.
Worked as General Secretary in KharvelaSanskrutikParisad, Bhubaneswar - a socio-cultural organization, working in many social work in the locality, & are also involved in the research work and achievements of Kharvela , the then king of Odisha.
Working as a Facilitator for the Foundation for Excellence, India (a branch of FFE, USA), an organization which sponsors poor & meritorious student continuing technical studies in Govt. Colleges for getting financial assistance for the entire course
He has quit his Business and returned back to Odisha after 4 decades.
He has spent his life as an Industrialist (Automobiles), supplying to big giants, Tata, Kirloskars, Cummins, Greaves and Spicers in Pune, Maharashtra. He was the Chairman & Managing Director of Jenny Engineering Private Ltd.
He is more a Maharastrian than Odia but basically an Odia Pua and wishes to render services for Odias till the end.
He has come back with five projects in his mind and this SPA is one of those, he is pursing very seriously. Now he is spending most of his time for this Project and has the vision to reach at the goal.
She stays in Pune from 1976 and was the Proprietor of Swarn Industries. But when the family decided to opt for a Private Limited Company, she joined as one of the Directors of Jenny Engineering Private Limited.
She comes to Bhubaneswar for couple of months and love to spend time with her husband, Mr. Subodh Chandra Mishra in this project of SPA as it works for the poor girls.
She is the wife of a Retired Government Engineer and now a Businessman in Bhubaneswar.
Her father was a prominent Politician and MP and she is also doing lot of social activities for dumb and deaf poor boys and girls.
Besides all these activities she stands at the time of need to a person, who needs her and that is very special about her.
Dr.Jayaram Das retired from Sashastra Seema Bal (S.S.B.), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt.of India as Commandant after completing
33 years of illustrious Govt. service.
He received written commendation from various State Govt.s of Tripura, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir etc. for his exemplary ,tireless service during natural calamities as well as serious law & order problems in those states at various times during his service period.
Last but not the least, he received presidential award from Dr.Abdul Kalam, the then President of India on 15.08.2006 (Independence Day) for his outstanding as well as meritorious service to the nation and lifelong achievement. Dr. Das is continuing as Honorary Principal since inception of the Institution.
Dr Uday Nath Panda is a Medical Specialist retired from Central Government Service (DIG, BSF), now serving as a Consultant in KIMS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
He has authored many books on Health Science and takes keen interest in Social Works.
He has been honoured twice by the President of India for his meritorious contributions in the field of Medical Science.
He has taken lots of trouble for giving the right courses of study for the students of SPA, SDPF, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Dr. Braja Mohan Otta retired as a Professor in Population Studies from Fakir Mohan University in 2013. He combines both academic and administrative capabilities. During his tenure in the University he successfully managed several responsibilities such as the Director, Distance Education, Registrar and the Chairman, Post Graduate Council. Prof. Otta has a brilliant academic carrier.
Utkal University awarded him the University Gold Medal for having secured highest marks in the MA examination. He has over 30 years of teaching and research experience and has successfully guided over 30 candidates for their Pre doctoral and doctoral research. He also worked as the Principal investigator in a number of ICSSR, UGC and international organisation like UNFPA. He has authored two books and a number of research papers and reports.

He has specialized in Biodiversity Assessment and Enhancement of Fruit & Plantation Crops; Orchard Efficiency of tropical Fruit Crops, Associated in releasing of number of varieties of cashew and tropical vegetables, for overall improvement of Production & productivity. He has guided twelve PhD & 23 Post-Graduate students in Horticulture, Published 99 Research Papers in National & International Journals, Chapter in text books-08, Extension bulletins-12.
He acted as Chairman of many important Policy making, Research Advisory Committees of Planning Commission, Ministry of Agriculture of Govt. of India & Member of Board of Managements of different state & Central Agricultural Universities. He is a Fellow of many National Academies & Societies including National Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He is also President of Agricultural Societies of India, Kolkata, President, India Society of Vegetable Science, Varanasi & Orissa society of Horticulture, Bhubaneswar. Received more than Ten National Awards & recoganisations for his Lifetime achievements in research in Horticulture & Academic administration. Attended more than 200 National and International Seminars.
SURGEON REAR ADMIRAL SALIL KUMAR MOHANTY (INDIAN NAVY) SENA MEDAL, VISIST SEVA MEDAL. VICE PRESIDENT AMRI HOSPITALS LTD BHUBANESWAR SINCE MAY 2012. BEFORE THIS ASSIGNMENT HE WAS MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF JASLOK HOSPITAL AT MUMBAI FOR 5 YRS.
HE COMMANDED THE 850 BEDDED LARGEST NAVAL HOSPITAL IN MUMBAI FROM 2007 TO 2008. HE SERVED ON BOARD THE SECOND AIRCRAFT CARRIER INS VIRAAT AS A COMMISSIONING CREW. HE WAS IN ENGLAND FOR ONE YEAR FOR THE COMMISSIONING OF THE SECOND AIR CRAFT CARRIER OF INDIA. HE TOOK PART IN Vth INDIAN SCIENTIFIC EXPEDITION IN 1985 AS A SURGEON. HE TOOK PART IN KARGIL WAR AS A SURGEON AND TREATED MORE THA N 1300 WAR CASUALTIES. FOR HIS DISTINGUISHED SERVICES HE WAS AWARDED SENA MEDAL AND VISIST SEVA MEDAL.
FOR HIS PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE HE WAS ALSO AWARDED COMMENDATION BY THE CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF. BESIDES BEING A ACCOMPLISHED MEDICAL PROFEESIONAL ADMIRAL MOHANTY IS ALSO AN ABLE ADMINISTRATOR AND HAS ADMINISTERED THREE MAJOR REPUTED HOSPITALS TWO IN MUMBAI AND THE PRESENT ONE AT BHUBANESWAR. HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR STARTING THE AMRI HOSPITAL AT KHANDAGIRI IN BHUBANESWAR WHICH IS FUNCTIONING FULL FLEDGED
